Our Staff
David Lanthier is supported by an experienced staff of assistants. To assist you, our staff members are:
Joan Demers - Joan assists Mr. Lanthier in personal injury claims, civil litigation and family litigation, various general matters and Estates and the administration of wills.
Kate Oke - Kate provides all support work for all aspects of our real estate department. She also is responsible for assisting with the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney forms.
Nicole Roy - Nicole is responsible for assisting in all corporate matters including incorporations, maintenance of corporate minutes, and various corporate and share transactions.
Claudette Dupuis - Claudette is our bookkeeper. Any inquiries regarding invoices, payments on account or other bookkeeping matters should be directed to Claudette.
Louise Vallee - Louise is our receptionist and in addition to directing your inquiries, she can assist with any inquiries from law firms requiring agency assistance at the Land Registry Office or the Court Office.
Title Searching, Conveyancing and Law Firm Agency Services
Cochrane is the District Seat, and the Cochrane District Court House and the Land Registry Office for the district is located just steps away from our office. We provide title searching, conveyancing and agency services for law firms across the province. We are also available to assist in any agency work at our local District Court House for matters returnable in the Town of Cochrane.
Recently our experienced Law Clerk Barbara Ross, left our firm to begin work as an independent conveyancer here in Cochrane. Barb was a former Land Registry Clerk and has extensive practical experience in dealing with properties, mining claims, and registration and title issues in the District of Cochrane.
